  • Mobile signal intermittent within the property for most phone providers, but WIFI is available.  Signal is good outside
  • TV with DVD and Freeview with JBL surround sound in the living room
  • TV with DVD (plus lots of DVD’s), surround sound  and games console to the cinema room
  • Oil burning AGA, 5-burner gas hob and electric oven
  • Fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave
  • Utility room has storage units, double sink drainer,  washing-machine, airer,  fridge, airer
  • Store cupboard essentials included (salt, pepper, olive oil, butter, herbs, spices etc)
  • Ground floor shower room with toilet and hand basin
  • Family bathroom has roll top bath, separate shower cublice, toilet, bidet and hand basin
  • En-suite bathroom to family bedroom, with bath, double shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and hand basin
  • Bedding, towels and all basics included (hand soap, initial supply of toilet paper and kitchen roll, cleaning materials and dishwasher tablets etc)
  • Electric, gas, heating and hot water included
  • Baby-friendly (travel cot with sheet, stair gate, high chair, table booster seat, sippy cups and toddler cutlery, child size cutlery, plastic plates and cups etc)
  • Dog-friendly (up to 2 good dogs welcome, if more please contact owner as more ‘may’ be considered ). Outdoor run and kennel if required.

  • Leek is a short drive away for pubs and a local shops, has local markets every Wednesday and Saturday, along with the fine food market held the third Saturday of every month.
  • The Lazy Trout at Meerbrook and The Ship Inn at Wincle serve fantastic food and local ales
  • Close to Buxton town centre
  • Short drive to Chatsworth House, Alton Towers
  • Great walking and cycling in the vicinity
  • Tittesworth Reservoir is close for canoeing, kayaking, stand up paddle board and other activities
